Instructions to take the Career Intellect Test
Thank you for showing your interest in taking the Career Intellect Test. Here are some tips to take the test.
- The assessment evaluates traits in your behavior that you naturally exhibit in your day to day work and life.
Each trait has its own strengths and weaknesses.
No trait is superior to another, so avoid the misconception of right or wrong answers.
- Imagine yourself in that situation—what trait, behavior, or option would you choose? Respond accordingly.
- The human brain always makes decisions based on preferences when presented with options,
and you naturally prefer what feels most comfortable to you. This assessment is all about your preferences.
It is designed to identify your natural intellect, so choose the answers that best reflect what feels most natural and comfortable for you.
- For some questions, you may feel that neither answer perfectly fits you. That's completely fine — simply choose the option that feels the closest.
- For some questions, you may feel that both answers apply to you. That’s perfectly fine too — just select the one that applies more, even if only slightly.
- Each question will have two to six sets of images along with the descriptions. Instructions for selecting images will be provided at the top.
- Do not rethink the question too much and select the statement or image that best fits your reponse in the situation.
