Guided by this philosophy, Mr. Nitin Salkar embarked on a remarkable journey, beginning with finance and investment, and transitioning after 1998
into a transformative career as a Career Intellect Coach. Equipped with professional qualifications in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming),
Work and Life Coaching, and as an Advanced REBT Practitioner, he has spent over two decades helping individuals unlock their true potential.
A visionary in intellectual development and career selection, Mr. Nitin conducts extensive research in neuroscience to understand how the brain perceives
work and life at various stages. His diverse clientele includes students, educators, athletes, MSME entrepreneurs, and corporate professionals.
As a licensed NLP trainer and psychotherapist, Mr. Nitin designs programs to help people excel in their personal and professional lives.
His mission is clear: to help individuals unleash their potential and become the best version of themselves. He delivers this message with a stern yet inspiring reminder:

Ms. Aditi Salkar, Consultant Psychotherapist
Ms. Aditi is a consultant psychotherapist with a strong academic background in psychology, holding a degree in the field as well as a diploma in psychotherapy. She is also a certified NLP trainer and an advanced REBT practitioner. With four years of experience as a psychotherapist, she has worked extensively with clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, and children with learning disabilities.
Starting her career with an articleship at Masina Hospital as a consultant psychotherapist, Ms. Aditi now collaborates as a consultant with various organizations, including PRATYeK - an Ngo focused on Child Rights, The Healing Dove Foundation - an Ngo dedicated to juvenile rehabilitation, CINTAA - an organization committed to the welfare of TV and cine artists. Additionally, she leads the Student Well-being Cell at Shri Harshad C Valia International School, Andheri.
Ms. Aditi is currently associated with Child Rights in Action (CRIA) Asia as the coordinator. CRIA is an international forum that gives children a voice so they can be actors and take a part in the necessary changes of our society. Child Rights in Action promotes children-adults collaboration by nurturing the idea and the tools of “DOING WITH ” rather than “doing for” the children.
