QUANTUM LEARING
• Considering the present situation of education system in India and revolutionaries changes in information technology, it is mandatory to always keep learning which is not incorporated in current learning strategies. Our team of psychologist, psychotherapist and neuro educationist has prepared the “QUANTUM LEARNING” curriculum, which help students to know their learning quotient which helps students to learn as per their learning capability.
• we have designed in our curriculum mainly on four pillars
1. MOTIVE - Students lack motive and have nothing to look up to. When asked why do you have to go to school? why we have to stud all the subjects? Or what is the purpose of exams, they are very much clueless. Establishing a motive for career and learning is very essential part.
2. HANDLING EMOTIONS - Lives of students are getting more difficult and complicated as technology is taking over Also various factors such as parental pressure, peer pressure etc. They go through an emotional roller coaster and are not sure how to deal with primary emotions like anxiety, anger, depression etc. Learning to stay resourceful is the key.
3. STUDY SKILLS - Most students are highly dependent on rot learning and only study at the last moment. The right set of skills/strategies are lacking in the current set up. Skills /strategies required as a student are memory, concentration, time management etc. And with these skill/strategies learning becomes enjoyable and time efficient.
4. BUILDING RESILIENCE CAPABILIITY - Even when students are prepared, in a turn of unexpected events they feel lost and often get stuck. The ability to bounce back and be resilient is a necessity in today’s generation.
We also facilitate students to build the career (employment or entrepreneurship) path of least resistance accordingly we have designed curriculum for holistic development of students.
